Remote Spanish Retention Agents

This is a remote position.

We are a well-established, fully regulated financial services company looking for experienced Spanish-speaking Retention Agents to join our international team. This is a remote position , offering long-term stability, structured processes, and a performance-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with LATAM markets , and candidates based in LATAM countries are strongly preferred . As a Retention Agent, you will manage an existing portfolio of clients, focusing on client retention, engagement, reactivation, and upselling , while operating in full compliance with regulatory standards.

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken & written)

• Proven experience as a Retention Agent (Forex / CFD / iGaming preferred)
