Remote Spanish Retention Agents

We are a well-established, fully regulated financial services company looking for experienced Spanish-speaking Retention Agents to join our international team. This is a remote position, offering long-term stability, structured processes, and a performance-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with LATAM markets, and candidates based in LATAM countries are strongly preferred. As a Retention Agent, you will manage an existing portfolio of clients, focusing on client retention, engagement, reactivation, and upselling, while operating in full compliance with regulatory standards.
