Job Description
This is a remote position. P&CP partners with State Farm Agents and Allstate Agents to recruit top-tier licensed talent. Several of our partnered Agents are currently open to hiring REMOTE team members, provided the candidate has prior experience working with a State Farm or Allstate Agent and is proficient with the corresponding systems (State Farm: NECHO, ECRM, SFPP) or (Allstate: Lead Manager, Agent CRM). Qualifications Active Property & Casualty License REMOTE applicants must have prior experience with a State Farm or Allstate Agent and be proficient in the corresponding systems: NECHO, ECRM, SFPP (for State Farm) or Lead Manager, Agent CRM (for Allstate) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a remote environment Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals Requirements Responsibilities Build new client relationships and provide exceptional support to existing clients Educate customers on insurance products and help determine the best coverage for their needs Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and warm lead follow-up Cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions to maximize customer protection Help customers protect their families, property, and financial well-being Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes Benefits Benefits Base pay plus commission/bonuses Base pay determined during interview and dependent on experience Paid time off MondayFriday work schedule Opportunities for growth and advancement within the agency
