- Bit-Locker drive encryption setup.
- Configure Laptop/Desktop for new joiner user.
- Troubleshooting of BSOD error.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows10/11.
- Knowledge of desktop Assemble and Disassemble.
- Knowledge of printer installation.
- Performing troubleshooting of hardware s like desktop & Laptop & Printer.
- Knowledge of different types of software installation.
- Knowledge of Outlook configuration and managed.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Knowledge of DHCP server.
- Knowledge of DNS server
