Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote helpdesk support for network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage firewall policies, switch configurations, and IP addressing .
  • Assist with Windows Server administration and management
  • Document all work in ticketing and RMM platforms .

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT support experience with a focus on networking.
