Reports To: Sales Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic business development representative (BDR) to act as an engine in our sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the hospitality technology sector.
Your primary goal is to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach across US and Mexico-LATAM markets.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns (cold calling, emailing, and social selling) to identify decision-makers in hospitality businesses.
Qualify potential leads to understand their needs, budget, and technical requirements (e.g., Pipeline Management: Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Sales Associates. Ensure the sales calendar is full of high-quality opportunities.
Data Integrity: Maintain impeccable records of all interactions, contact details, and lead status in HubSpot to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (Written and Verbal) is mandatory to support our cross-regional strategy.
Fearless on the phone with excellent active listening and writing skills. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software quickly. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools is a major plus.
