Available schedule: 11 PM - 9 AM CST (San Antonio Texas Time Zone)

- Must use Hubstaff and Zoom with camera on during the entire shift

Key Responsibilities (with Quality Assurance Emphasis):
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of real-time tracking and tracing data
- Validate asset movement and flag inconsistencies or tracking errors
- Ensure data entries meet compliance standards and internal QA metrics
- Perform cross-checks and audits of carrier documents and route histories
- Coordinate load status updates and delivery milestones with zero tolerance for errors
- Log, escalate, and follow up on any service failures or delayed tracking events
- Create, update, and maintain operational logs and performance scorecards
- Support ongoing efforts in process improvement and SOP compliance
What We're Looking For:
- Background in logistics, freight brokerage, or quality assurance preferred
- Experience in tracking, auditing, or data verification roles
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and confident)
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools
- Strong analytical mindset and eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Zoom, Hubstaff, and remote collaboration tools
