Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of support for clients via email, chat, and phone regarding their travel plans.
  • Process booking modifications, flight cancellations, and special accommodation requests promptly.
  • Troubleshoot travel-related issues in real-time to minimize client stress.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements and destination protocols to advise clients accurately.
  • Document all client interactions and updates in our internal systems.
