Overview

Monty Supplements is a fast-growing US e-commerce brand. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who specializes in Figma to join our team.

We are not looking for someone to just make things look pretty. We need a designer who understands Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) . Your designs must look professional, trustworthy, and clean (Western e-commerce aesthetic), but most importantly, they must be designed to turn visitors into buyers.

What You Will Do
  • Design High-Converting Landing Pages: Create beautiful, responsive landing pages and product pages in Figma.
  • CRO-First Design: Use visual hierarchy, whitespace, and psychology to guide the user’s eye to the Add to Cart button.
  • Figma Management: Maintain organized files. You must use Auto-Layout, components, and clear naming conventions. (We do not accept messy files).
