This role focuses on creating data-driven workforce intelligence tools and managing analytics for performance and operational health. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in workforce analytics and strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. This position offers a salary range of ₱60,000 - ₱85,000 a month with a remote/hybrid work setup.
