OneSteel Manufacturing is transforming one of Australia’s most iconic industrial operations. As we reshape our future workforce and operating model, this newly elevated role will lead the strategic design, governance and ongoing improvement of our remuneration and benefits frameworks across thousands of employees.
Reporting to the Head of HR Services, you will be the organisation’s specialist in total rewards, job architecture and remuneration governance. You will influence leaders, modernise our remuneration practices, and ensure our frameworks are fair, competitive and aligned to organisational goals.
This newly created position combines strategy, governance, analytics and advisory capability, ideal for an experienced Remuneration Manager ready to lead meaningful change at scale.
