RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
As Remuneration Manager at Samsung SDS, you will be responsible for:
Support PEP (Performance Evaluation Program), considering all process during the year (Goal Setting, MY and EY).
Prepare the compensation and performance communication and workshop/training.
Manage the GHRPw system as performance partner.
Support for salary and benefits studies according demands.
Support Mexico in the Salary Review process.
Support the Bonus and Sales Incentive payment
Execution bi-annual salary and benefits survey, including result analysis.
External market benchmarking study for compensation & benefits.
Labor Cost Budget & Forecast assumptions/reports and support areas in Labor Cost for projects.
Studies of new careers (new job position and salaries) and the job title catalog.
Salary and benefits definition for new hiring considering Internal Table and others.
Execution the monthly and demand RO and RHQ reports and studies. (Ex. HM, Labor Cost, LATAM PEP Provision).
Support all local branch’s related on the compensation and performance subjects.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
As necessary requirements, we need you to have:
- Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits;
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in areas related to Compensation, Human Resources or Business;
- Fluent Spanish;
- Fluent or advanced English;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
It will be a difference if you have:
- Strong ability to work independently with ownership and a hands-on approach.
- Self-motivated and capable of performing with minimal supervision.
