Our client has a new opening for an experienced Renewable Energy Planning Development Manager to lead the planning and development of large-scale renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning applications, project delivery, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning process to obtain consents for large-scale renewable energy projects.Coordinate and manage external consultants to prepare specialist studies for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), EIA screening, Ecological Impact Assessment, and other assessments required as part of the planning application process.Prepare planning application documents and associated submissions.Work closely with project design teams to identify and mitigate potential planning or permitting issues throughout the project lifecycle.Support environmental consent applications, including Industrial Emissions/P...
