Job Description
Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients.
Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers and account management to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end.
Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot).
Address customer questions or concerns regarding renewal terms, pricing, and service levels.
Work directly with the Renewal Manager to proactively identify risks to renewal.
Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics.
Implement renewal groups once an agreement is reached.
Improve and streamline the renewal process based on client and team feedback.
Experience
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
