We're excited to present an opening for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Senior Specialist in Renewal Sales for Bangalore location.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the on-time renewal of services and software contracts across the portfolio, including tracking renewals in Salesforce and maintaining regular communication with the Client Team Lead.
- This role involves planning and managing pipeline 90 days ahead of renewal contract expiration dates.
This role shall support Client’s recurring revenue functions by delivering services in the following areas:
Customer and Partner Outreach services including:
- Identify and contact partners holding current services and software renewal contracts to ensure engagement with customers, proposal creation, quoting, renewal timeline, and mitigation of renewal risk.
