About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Renewal Specialist to join our newly established Renewals team.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end renewal process for SMB customers across the US and Canada, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely renewals, reduce churn, and maximize customer retention and long-term value.
This is a mid-level role ideal for professionals with experience in renewals, account management, collections, or customer service who are comfortable handling contract-related conversations and written customer communication.
