Job Title: Renewal Specialist/Post Sales Associate/Customer Success Specialist
Experience Required: 1-2 years of sales experience (Preferred-: Edtech Sales,
SAAS Sales & Service Sales)
Location: Dehradun, Uttrakhand
Job Module: WFH / Onsite
Salary bracket: 3 LPA - 4.2 LPA + incentives

- Exhibit strong time management skills by prioritizing tasks and focusing on high-impact activities.
- Oversee the end-to-end renewal process of existing customers.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience.
- Proactively identify and address potential renewal risks.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively communicate with customers, address their concerns, and ensure customer retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the renewal process.
- Share information related to product updates, enhancements, and renewal offers with clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on insights gathered from client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Proven track record in sales, customer success, or renewal roles.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
