The team collaborates closely with Renewals Specialists, customers, partners, and cross-functional groups such as sales, engineering, marketing, and operations. Early and ongoing engagement with customers and partners—often starting over a year before renewal—is key to addressing technology challenges, mitigating risks, and enhancing the product experience. By building strong relationships and understanding business priorities, we ensure alignment with the Customer Experience (CX) and recurring revenue strategy.
