About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Chile-based Renewals Manager with strong commercial negotiation DNA to own the end-to-end renewal cycle for high-value SaaS customers. This is not a transactional renewals role—this is a commercial and strategic outcomes position.
You will engage directly with procurement teams, financial stakeholders, and operational executives to defend value, protect margin, and ensure long-term revenue continuity. The role carries direct impact on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Renewal Rate (GRR), churn mitigation, and pricing integrity.
This is a quota-carrying position with clear accountability for commercial results.
