Renewals Manager

The Renewals Manager plays a critical role in Gravity's revenue retention and growth strategy. You will own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of public sector customers, ensuring high gross and net revenue retention through proactive engagement, contract execution, and close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance. This role requires a strong understanding of public sector procurement cycles, multi-year agreements, and budget-driven buying behavior, as well as the ability to balance customer advocacy with commercial outcomes.
