Job Description

Renewals Sales and Client Servicing Executive Responsibilities:

● Tracking subscription renewals.

● Sending timely reminders to customers.

● Outbound Telecalling to ensure that clients are renewing their courses on time.

● Helping the existing customers with upgrades.

● Keeping thorough records of all current and potential clients.

● Ensure achievement of Renewal Collection targets.

● Exceed defined monthly, quarterly, semi- annual and annual sales quota.

● Gain comprehensive knowledge about courses and clarify information wherever required.

● Engage with customers at various points (welcome calls, service/feedback calls, renewal calls).

● Building strong client relationships by offering superior after-sales support which includes welcome calls, service/feedback calls, renewal calls.
