As a Renewals Specialist, you will be a trusted problem solver and advocate for both customers and internal sales teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring renewal experiences are smooth, accurate, and value-driven by proactively identifying risks, resolving complex issues, and navigating vendor and system challenges. Your work will directly influence customer retention, revenue continuity, and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for renewal opportunities , partnering closely with sales, vendors, and internal stakeholders to remove obstacles and keep renewals on track

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to pricing, entitlement, contract terms, data discrepancies, or vendor nuances before they impact the customer
