As a Renewals Specialist, you will be a trusted problem solver and advocate for both customers and internal sales teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring renewal experiences are smooth, accurate, and value-driven by proactively identifying risks, resolving complex issues, and navigating vendor and system challenges. Your work will directly influence customer retention, revenue continuity, and operational efficiency.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the primary point of coordination for renewal opportunities , partnering closely with sales, vendors, and internal stakeholders to remove obstacles and keep renewals on track
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to pricing, entitlement, contract terms, data discrepancies, or vendor nuances before they impact the customer
