**Company Overview**
For the past 40+ years, housing prices in the US have grown significantly faster than household income, creating a huge affordability gap for the middle class. As a result, demand for rental homes is on the rise, yet the supply for nice and modern homes is limited. More recently, there has also been a shift in what a home means - people are looking for more flexibility and mobility in their homes and the way they live life.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the local renovation managers to successfully complete multiple rental home renovation and turn projects on time, on budget, and with the highest quality.
- Help create estimates, review scopes of work, error check budgets, and ensure our project management software is up-to-date with all of the latest information.
- Dispatch vendors and help coordinate the fundamental jobs for each renovation project. Ensure vendors are timely and that project schedules are up to date.
