Renovation Project Manager

Job description:

1. Reports to AVP Operations.
2. Manages larger and more complex project/s. Also, supervises projects in-charge. Strictly ensures safe, quality, timely and on budget execution of contracts, plans, and specifications in accordance with MSI’s Operations Controls requirements.
3. Strictly Monitors and Reviews Approved vs. Actual Project/Contract Execution Plans such as:
   1. Schedule and Methods
   2. Procurement Plan Manpower Materials Tools and Equipment Budget
   3. Reviews and ensure timely submission of progress and accomplishment reports.
   4. Ensures company policies are strictly complied with.
   5. Maintain company confidentiality at all times.
4. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training.
