Rental Operations Executive - Permanent Location -Shirley West Midlands B90Full-Time / Monday- Friday, 9am-5:30pm / Salary – £26,000-£28,000Seeking an individual who will play a vital role in our expanding rental operations team and will be responsible for helping our busy rental program, along with carrying out other operational duties to support colleagues in maintenance, logistics and support.Key Responsibilities Placing rental bookings for cars, vans and HGVs with a wide variety of suppliers    across the UK.Liaising with customers to resolve queries quicklyDeveloping relationships with both clients and suppliers to ensure business growthHandling vehicle-related administration to include fines/damage etcManagement of rental platform (Epyx 1-Link and our own award-winning booking platform)Supporting maintenance control team with downtime management / rental supportActing as point of escalation for customer service across the businessManaging the business wide customer service system...
