Rentals Manager

• Define and implement the rental strategy for LF Madrid in coordination with the commercial leadership team;
• Set team performance goals and monitor agent activity, efficiency, and results;
• Ensure achievement of business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
• Develop strategies to increase market share in key areas and collaborate on initiatives to attract landlords and promote services;
• Lead, mentor, and coach the team to support individual growth and improve overall performance;
• Support agents through the entire listing and rental process, assisting with complex cases when needed;
• Actively participate in offer management and deal closures;
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, providing input on hiring needs and candidate evaluation;
• Stay informed on market trends and propose strategic ideas for business development.
