Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide repair services for industrial automation equipment such as PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, and VFD drives.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing installations to identify root causes of problems.
  • Perform repairs on-site at customer locations or in our workshop depending on the complexity of the issue.
  • Collaborate with sales team to provide solutions for customers' needs and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs completed and parts used during the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in industrial automation industry with expertise in repairing PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, VFD drives.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation principles and practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using logical problem-solving skills.
