Job Description

End to end responsibility of managing business operations of repair, modification & after sales service with focus on top & bottom-line performance for India, SAARC countries & Middle East. Part of post-sales support team, rendering advanced support to customers in trouble-shooting the hardware issues of MiCOM, Power Logic P3, P5 & P7 range numerical protection relays. Rendering repair services for all MiCOM/Areva, latest power logic P5 & P7 make protection relays. Providing technical support/hardware support to customers for all non-reparable ranges of relays like VAMP, P3 & Sepam. Basic testing of protective relays post repair as per our standard repair checklists. High quality repair services/hardware support ensuring customer satisfaction& quality and good feedback from customers. Modifications/up gradation of above-mentioned range of relays to latest versions. Site visits to key customers to resolve issues & impart technical training.
