Repair Maintenance Technician (Optic)

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• 1. Coordinate assigned PM tasks with manufacturing to minimize machine downtime while maintaining a minimum of 90% OTD.
• 2. Support Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering on projects related to equipment and/or equipment upgrades.
• 3. Occasionally perform light machining and basic electrical controls repairs.
• 4. Utilize Solution Center Tools Level 1 to communicate manufacturing issues that cannot be resolved on the production floor.
• 5. Assemble and debug new tooling.
• 6. Troubleshoot and maintain current tooling.
• 7. Order and maintain purchased tooling, replacement tools and additional capacity.

Required Experience

• 1. 3-5 Years’ Experience in a Technical or Manufacturing environment.
• 2. Must have 20/40 correctable vision.
