The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Repair Manager within our Calgary Distribution Centre located at Bay th Avenue SE

As Repair Manager you will be responsible for…

  • Formulating, documenting, and communicating operational plans, standards, and goals as set by the Regional Director of Repair.
  • The activities, scheduling, and work assignments for the In-Home, Store and In-Shop
  • Service Technicians, including performance evaluation, training, and counselling.
  • Liaise with Distribution, Transportation, Service and Repair Planning to determine workload requirements.
