Direct Manager: Product Director, Repair Products
Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Job Description/ Summary:
- Assisting Product Director with Developing Product Specifications / Test Standards
- Facilities and Personnel Management
- Ability to manage and adapt to multiple automotive product lines and work streams
- New Product Development, Launches (NPI), Identifying & Resolving Technical Issues
- Support Production as assigned with technical analysis, cost reduction, consolidation, design revisions and product validation testing.
- Project Management and Project Tracking
- Executive Reporting and Dash boarding
- Assist with the Creation of New Controlled Documents to Drive Progress
- Interface with purchasing, manufacturing facilities. Local (USA) and abroad
- Develop internal timelines and ensure projects meet customer and/or internal timelines.
