Description: PAY: $17.79-$25.34

Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is to manage the flow of all goods in and out of the repair shop
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers' requests and concerns
  • Review shop supplies and order supplies on a monthly basis
  • Handle inbound calls and face-to-face interaction with customers regarding delivery schedules
  • Partner with sales associates to meet and exceed customer service expectations
  • Maintain customer work orders
  • Organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Make all stock items saleable when leaving the shop
  • Maintain the office appearance by keeping everything neat and clean
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management
