Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities :


  • Experience in the automotive or equivalent industry
  • Mechanical or electrical technician degree and Master Tech (or industry equivalent) certifications
  • Technical expertise in vehicle repairability
  • Previous experience as a service technician or field expert is an asset
  • Experience as a Techline and areas related to customer satisfaction in the automotive industry
  • OEM systems, diagnostic tools, and process knowledge. (OBD, CONSULT III+, DRV, Midtronics, Borescope, compress meter)
  • Multicultural and cross-functional mindset
  • Good written and oral English skills, including industry terminology, and fluent in at least one European language (B1 level)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently & as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate on all levels to dealers, RBUs, NSCs, Techline Engineers and management inside and outside the organization
  • Language preferences : French/Italian/German/Spanish/Turkish/Dutch (Fluency - Read & Write)
