Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee a small team of multi-skilled tradespeople delivering day-to-day repairs and maintenance across our social housing portfolio.
This is a hands-on role combining technical surveying, supervision, scheduling, and people management to ensure repairs are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out pre inspections to diagnose issues, specify works, and schedule repairs
* Supervise and line manage a small team of tradespeople, including day-to-day support, performance management, and attendance
* Programme and schedule works efficiently to meet service targets and priorities
* Monitor works in progress, providing technical guidance where required
