Overview

Job Description The Reports Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards—preferably using Power BI—to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role transforms complex data into clear, actionable visualizations, enabling teams to monitor progress and achieve their goals. Additionally, the Reports Analyst will develop and implement a workforce management model to optimize resource allocation for the Claims team, ensuring efficient operations and improved performance.
