Overview
The Administration & Operations Support Staff Assistant will be responsible for preparing, consolidating, and maintaining various reports critical to business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with large amounts of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present heavy business reports.
- Analyze and interpret large data.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all submitted reports.
- Coordinate with different teams and departments to gather and validate information.
- Assist in process documentation and improvement of reporting workflows.
- Provide general administrative support when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Information Technology/Accounting/Statistics/Economics or any related field.
