Reporting Analyst

The Reports Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards—preferably using Power BI—to support data-driven decision‑making across the organization. This role transforms complex data into clear, actionable visualizations, enabling teams to monitor progress and achieve their goals.

Additionally, the Reports Analyst will develop and implement a workforce management model to optimize resource allocation for the Claims team, ensuring efficient operations and improved performance.
