Reporting Analyst

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for metric reporting and analysis, billing and operational processes, as well as day-to-day inquiries.

Location Specifics: Manila

Requirement: At least 2 years of RPO AND Reporting Experience, Has the ability to support reporting activities of accounts, manage stakeholders and keep a close communication with the said stakeholders

Language Requirement: English

Position Setup: Hybrid (Twice in a month)

Shift: EMEA 2nd Shift (4 PM to 1 AM )

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete all required client reporting based on established service line agreement.
• Complete requirements for other metrics and reporting.
• Accept and complete all ad hoc reporting requests in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain billing templates.
