Job Description
Our client is a real estate investment advisory firm that they cover Japanese clients who invest in overseas real estate such as south-east Asia market. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Reporting Analyst, the role will be in a freelance (independent contractor) basis and the position is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
Liaise with property developers in the Southeast Asia market through email or phone to gather project information
Summarize information and data, consolidate and prepare reports
Perform analysis on cash flow projections
Prepare marketing materials and reports for investors
Liaise with investors to answer their questions through email or phone
Other ad-hoc duties when necessary
Key requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting, investment support, administration etc
Business level Japanese language as the role will liaise with Japanese investors
Good numerical skills, meticulous, motivated
