• Drive project execution within timelines and expectations of quality

• Conduct project kickoff and support the development of related materials

• Develop and maintain detailed project plan and timeline

• Develop and maintain project resources, systems and tools

• Schedule meetings / conference calls, all levels

• Record meeting minutes

• Maintain action items log

• Maintain Issues/Risk log

• Follow up on action items and risks

• Capture, present and monitor project status

• Maintain actions linking to other adjacent projects

• Develop and send communications

• Conduct project closeout

• Ensure compliance with required controls and processes, following operating model for team
