Reports Analyst

Position Summary

The Reports Analyst is responsible for the preparation, generation, maintenance, and analysis of matter management reports, operational risk reports, and related reports in accordance with instructions from the client. The Reports Analyst gathers information from several client systems for purposes of completing the report and performs ad hoc tasks as needed by the client. The Reports Analyst should be able to perform his/her tasks in a timely manner and accurately with minimum supervision.

• Prepare, generate, and maintain matter management reports, operational risk reports, and related reports in accordance with guidelines set by the management team
• Perform checks to ensure accuracy and quality of the reports
• Submit the reports to the persons/groups of persons identified by the managers within prescribed timelines
