Reports and Data Delivery Sr Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and mentor a team of reporting analysts, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to SLAs.
• Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.

Reporting & Analytics Oversight

• Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Validate accuracy and consistency of all reports before submission.
• Oversee automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for reporting-related queries from Operations, WFM, Quality, and client teams.
• Communicate insights and trends to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
• Escalate risks related to SLA breaches and recommend corrective actions.
