Reports Engineer - Professional Services

The Professional Services Engineer delivers customized reporting solutions using Aceyus VUE, takes ownership of standard projects with moderate complexity, interacts with customers, performs detailed requirements analysis, builds reports and dashboards independently, escalates complex issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to capture and clarify reporting requirements
  • Independently build and deliver reports using SQL and Aceyus products
  • Contribute to project scoping, planning, and customer communication
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth deployments
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge informally
