Position Overview

A leading BPO company specializes in providing customized solutions for a wide range of client needs. We work with some of the largest retail, telecommunications, and software brands to deliver phone support to commercial and residential customers, retain dissatisfied customers, and sell new products and services. This full‑time, internal sales role is for experienced sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Use technology and systems to make outbound sales calls to consumers, answer inbound prospect calls, follow up with interested customers, listen to customer needs, and help answer questions and resolve service concerns.
  • Learn to recognize upsell opportunities by offering new products and services that increase customer satisfaction and service level.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience and daily sales performance; prepare to deliver the best one’s self and promote our brand.
