YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership by influence with the sales team in the region.

  • Manage the relationship with customers and clients in the region.

  • Planning the sales to reach the objectives in the forecast accuracy for the direct sales.

  • Stablish the potential market by Client and the new opportunities of business.

  • Ensure the meet of the KPIs in direct sales (sales, IGM, share of wallet and collection).

  • Business plan of products for their clients (sales and marketing aspect).

  • Establish criteria and define list of key customers.
