Job Description

We are seeking a UK-based Representative Director to facilitate the opening of a UK bank account and ensure ongoing statutory and compliance requirements are met.

This is a part-time, non-operational role with a minimal workload. The initial setup may require 1–2 hours in the first month, followed by occasional tasks, typically taking just a few minutes monthly, or none in some months. Once the bank account is established, the role becomes mostly passive and long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and sign documents for UK bank account setup.

  • Help maintain basic company records and compliance documentation.

Compensation: £25 per month
