** STATEMENT**:
Member Compensation (MC) Department is highly audited by internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, procedures, and adherence to customer. MC is the only area empowered to make adjustments to Members based on Herbalife’s compensation plan, making it a specialized area within company.
This position will be responsible for researching and processing monetary adjustments initiated by Information Requests received from other departments throughout the Company Worldwide. The Member Compensation Representative must utilize knowledge of the Herbalife Marketing Plan and employ analytical and research techniques to determine impact related to the adjustments. The department and workload are heavily audited on a regular basis by internal and external auditors. All work must meet each country r...
