JOB PURPOSE:
To Support Chief Representative (CR) by tracking, investigating, and reporting deals and client's information, intermediating with the Head Office.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintain client and deals database by inputting all necessary informationAssist CR in implementing the strategic plan for business development and origination of dealsContact prospective clients to understand their east -west corridor trade finance need and propose solutions directly and through local banks on the key client listUpdated CR BU consolidating, analysing and forwarding daily action summariesResolves deals pending issues or problems by investigating data and history , and notifying CR, HO counterparties and customersProvides products, quotes, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information, forwarding information; answering questions
