Develop and execute product strategies tailored to the East African market. Oversee the lifecycle of notebooks and stationery products, from concept to market launch. Collaborate with suppliers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, customer-focused product offerings. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to optimize product lines. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners in East Africa. Requirements 8-10 years in Notebooks & Stationery products Experience in East Africa is an advantage
