Overview
Own company vision, strategy & P&L. Scale product, technology, finance & operations. Build and lead a high-performance leadership team. Lead fundraising (VC / PE / debt) & investor relations. Drive partnerships with banks & ecosystem players. Ensure strong governance, compliance & risk management. Ideal background CEO / COO / MD experience in fintech, tech, or financial services. Deep exposure to payments, UPI, prepaid cards, lending, wealth-tech, payment gateways. Proven track record of scaling businesses & raising capital. Strong strategic, communication & stakeholder management skills. Experience in fast-growth, regulated environments (Ex: ICIC) Prepaid Cards, Happay, VA Tech or similar).
Requirements
- Proven CEO, COO, or MD-level experience in fintech, technology, or financial services
- Deep domain expertise in payments, UPI, prepaid cards, lending, wealth-tech, or payment gateways
